Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel technically processes your IP address, browser user agent, and the requested page in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (server logs). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No log data is used for profiling or handed to anyone else.
Fonts
Web fonts are self-hosted and served from this site's own domain. No requests are made to Google Fonts or any other font CDN.
Contact by email
If you email eduardo@pelotis.es, the data you provide (address, name, message content) is processed solely to answer your inquiry — Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. It is deleted once the conversation is concluded and no retention obligations apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
